We
welcome you to the Inn at the Ridge. We are one of the areas
perfectly relaxing B&B's nestled in the heart of the Hudson
Valley, away from Gotham City and the stresses of everyday
life.
Inn at the Ridge is Pet friendly and provides a casual, homey
atmosphere for your time away from work and outside pressures.
Our B&B is located in the beautiful historic Hudson Valley.
This establishment is nestled in the Mohonk Mountain Valley,
just below the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountain range.
We are also situated near the eclectic college town of New
Paltz, NY. The residents and shop owners are well renowned
for their hospitality concerning Tourists and pets alike.

Our location is a very rural and beautiful place, but still in close proximity to New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock, High Falls, Rosendale, and Stone Ridge. During all four seasons, there is always something to do and see, it's all here, within 45 minutes of the “Inn at the Ridge.”
Upon your arrival you will enter our 1796 Farmhouse through the informal B&B side kitchen area. “The Inn at the Ridge” is equipped with a private living room, dining room and full size kitchen just for you, our guest. We have an old "circa 1919" gas stove (non working) that is part of the decor that houses the coffee pot, espresso |

machine and microwave. Our original porcelain farm sink adds to the charm of the kitchen and a full size gas stove with oven is available for any cooking needs you might have.
The refrigerator will be stocked with seasonal fresh
fruit, yogurt and various fruit juices, milk, lemonade
and ice tea. The cupboard will be stocked with many
goodies including coffee, cocoa & a selection of
teas.
Our 60-foot porch with rockers and wicker is a wonderful
place to have your first morning cup of coffee or tea
and just breathe in the fresh country air. In the evening
you might even consider opening that bottle of local
wine that you purchased during your excursion on the
Shawangunk Wine Trail, and as you sip your beverage
the melody from our melodic wind chimes is a gentle
reminder that yes, you are really on vacation!
Whether you enjoy curling up with your favorite book,
watching Satellite TV, DVD movies from our large collection,
playing board games or checking e-mails on your WIFI
equipped laptop, the guest living area is the perfect
place to find relaxation and comfort.
On the other hand if relaxing is not your style, we
also have a very long list of local outdoor activities
and brochures from local businesses to peak your interest.
So that you can start on your adventures early, Weekend and Holiday breakfast is served from 8:00AM to 9:00AM. The Inn’s private chef, graduate of Culinary Institute of America 74’, competently prepares an assortment of eggs any style, Frittata and Chocolate stuffed French Toast. We offer fresh baked scones and muffins, fruit, and cheeses, accompanied by juices, freshly brewed coffee, and a selection of teas. (Breakfast choices are served according to availability.) (A limited Continental breakfast is provided during the week days.)

The Hudson Valley Room
This room offers a Queen sized bed, sink & private bathroom provides you with space to yourselves. The room is decorated with Hudson Valley photos, oil paintings and local purchased Antiques. The wide plank floors, Oriental rug, rocking chair and Tiffany style lamp make this room a comfortable retreat. |

The Lavender Room
This room features a day bed that can pull open to become a king, or this bed can also be split apart for family members to sleep separately. The room is decorated with antiques, paintings, and very old drawings. Extra pillows and a feather blanket are stored for you in a large steamer trunk. The warm glow from the Tiffany style lamp and a multitude of Teddy bears create a relaxed friendly space. The Lavender Room has a shared bath on the first floor. |

The West Point Room
The West Point Room provides you with a Queen sized bed, sink & private bathroom. Country antiques, a feather blanket and many pillows present a comfortable abode. Current USMA pictures, graphic work and circa 1800 reproduction photos from original negatives complete this wonderfully sunny room very nicely. |

The Drawing Room
This bedroom's title literally means "Drawing Room.”
We have provided a selection of art materials available to guests for painting watercolors, drawing or just doodling. There is a drafting table, easel, and several still life objects to try out your hand at producing a masterpiece. You will be treated to a queen size “Sleep Number” bed that can be adjusted to suit your sleeping comfort, and a view from the window that just doesn’t quit! The Drawing Room has a shared bath on the first floor. |

- $145 per room (Fri, Sat, Sun) per night for a two or three night's stay. *

- $35 for additional occupant (for use of inflatable mattress)
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and Check-out time is by 11:59 AM.
- Reservations are accepted via E-mail or phone at this time.
- Minimum $50.00 required to hold your room.
- * Please add 10% state tax to the above rates for final cost.
